Ayesa Multiple Positions Hiring 2024

Available Positions:

1. Team Leader (International)

• Experience: 20 years in roads/highway/tunnels, 10 years in tunnel projects, 5 years as Team Leader/Resident Engineer.
• Special Requirements: International experience in Construction Supervision of Tunnel (Road/Rail) projects, preferably with NATM Methodology.

2. Resident Engineer Highways

• Experience: 15 years in highways, handled at least 2 highway projects of about 100 km each, one should be 4-Lane.

3. Resident Engineer Structure

• Experience: 15 years, 10 years in Construction/Construction Supervision of bridges.
• Special Requirements: Familiarity with modern construction methods.

4. Resident Engineer Tunnel

• Experience: 15 years in supervision of tunnel projects, handled at least 3 tunnel projects of about 3 km each, one should be 4-lane.

5. Highway Design cum Pavement Specialist

• Experience: 15 years in highway works, 10 years in highway designing.
• Special Requirements: Handled at least 2 projects as Highway/Pavement Design Engineer.

6. Bridge/Structural Design Engineer

• Experience: 15 years in design of major highway bridges.
• Special Requirements: Designed at least 4 major highway bridges of similar configuration.

7. Senior Contract Specialist

• Experience: 15 years, 4 years as Contract Specialist on any National/State Highway project.

8. Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Experience: 15 years, 10 years handling highway contracts, 2 projects in Construction Supervision of Two/four-laning highways.

9. Senior Quality cum Material Engineer

• Experience: 15 years, experience as Material/Geotechnical Engineer in Construction/Construction Supervision of at least 2 highway projects.

10. Tunnel Design Specialist

• Experience: 15 years, Post Graduate in Engineering in Geotechnical/Rock Mechanics/Mining Engineering or holding professional license as per International standards.
• Special Requirements: 10 years in tunnel design works, handled at least 2 tunnel projects of length 3 km each, experience with NATM technology.

11. Team Leader (National)

• Experience: 20 years, handled at least 2 projects in Construction Supervision of Highways, one project should be an elevated corridor of length 3.5 km.
• Special Requirements: International experience in Construction Supervision of Highways.
