Bajel Projects Limited, a Bajaj Group company, is inviting applications for multiple positions on its 500 kV Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) Project for the Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company (EETC).

The recruitment is for Lot 1 & Lot 5 of the prestigious international EPC project in Egypt. The company is looking for experienced professionals in site execution, safety, quality, materials management and language support.

Note: These positions are exclusively for Egyptian Nationals.

1. Site Manager

• Experience: 12–15 Years
• Qualification: Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of 500 kV OHTL projects.
• Supervise survey, foundations, tower erection and stringing activities.
• Ensure compliance with EETC specifications and EHS/QA-QC standards.

2. Site Engineer

• Experience: 7–10 Years
• Qualification: Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Execute survey, foundation, tower erection and stringing works.
• Support construction activities on 500 kV and above transmission line projects.
• Ensure compliance with project quality and safety standards.

3. HSE Manager

• Experience: 7–10 Years
• Qualification: NEBOSH & IOSH Certification

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) activities.
• Implement EETC safety standards and local safety regulations.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety and project HSE requirements.

4. QA/QC Engineer

• Experience: 7–10 Years
• Qualification: Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor quality assurance and quality control activities.
• Ensure construction works comply with EETC quality standards and applicable codes.

5. Assistant Store

• Experience: 7–10 Years
• Qualification: Graduate

Preferred Skills

• Material management experience in OHTL projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.

6. Translator

• Experience: 5–10 Years
• Qualification: Graduate

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate between project teams and EETC stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates applying for the above positions should have:

• Relevant qualification and experience as per the applied role.
• Experience in Power Transmission / Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) Projects will be preferred.
• Ability to work on large-scale international EPC projects.
• Relevant knowledge of construction, quality, safety or materials management, depending on the position.
