Key Responsibilities
Principal Consultant / PMC:
- Overall project execution control
- Coordination, approvals, and client management
Site Engineer / Supervisor:
- Daily site execution monitoring
- Contractor coordination and quality checks
Project Coordinator / QS:
- BOQ preparation, billing, and procurement
- Project coordination
Store & Material Coordinator:
- Material inward/outward tracking
- Inventory coordination
Key Requirements
- Experience in F&B or commercial interior projects
- Mall fit-out execution experience preferred
- Vendor and contractor coordination skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
Deployment
- PMC & Site Roles: Full Project Duration
- QS Role: Full Project
- Store Role: Part-time / Weekly (during procurement stages)
