Brij Gopal Construction Pvt. Ltd. is inviting applications from experienced Plant & Machinery professionals for multiple positions across Road, Highway, Infrastructure and Construction projects. The company is looking for candidates with strong technical and managerial expertise in P&M operations, equipment maintenance, workshop management and N-WAY ERP, with opportunities available at project sites as required.
Opening Position
1. Manager – Plant & Machinery (P&M)
- Experience: 10–18 years
- Vacancies: Multiple openings
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Preferred Industry: Road / Highway / Infrastructure / Construction
2. Engineer – Plant & Machinery (P&M)
- Experience: 3–10 years
- Vacancies: Multiple openings
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Preferred Industry: Road / Highway / Infrastructure / Construction
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Managing and supporting Plant & Machinery operations at projects and workshops.
- Ensuring optimum utilization, performance, and uptime of equipment and machinery.
- Planning and executing preventive and breakdown maintenance of P&M equipment.
- Monitoring fuel consumption and spare-parts usage while controlling costs.
- Coordinating with vendors for spares, services, AMC, and repairs.
- Maintaining equipment records, logs, and MIS reports using N-WAY ERP and other systems.
- Managing P&M manpower, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental requirements.
- Coordinating with project and Head Office teams for timely availability of equipment as per project requirements.
Mandatory Skill – N-WAY ERP
Knowledge and working experience in N-WAY ERP is mandatory.
Candidates should have:
- Proficiency in N-WAY ERP for Plant & Machinery modules.
- Experience with inventory, maintenance, billing, and reporting modules.
- Ability to generate and analyze reports through N-WAY ERP.
- Hands-on experience in data entry, equipment tracking, and maintenance planning.

Industry Preference
Experience in Road, Highway, Infrastructure, or Construction projects is preferred.
