(A) For Hotel / Flight Kitchen in Mumbai
1. Project Manager
- Qualifications: B.E. Civil from a reputable college
- Experience: 12-15 years of site execution experience in Civil, Structural, Finishing & MEPF works. Experience in the hospitality field is an added advantage.
2. Project Engineer (Civil / Finishing)
- Qualifications: B.E. Civil / Diploma in Civil from a reputable college
- Experience: 8-10 years of site execution experience in Civil, Structural & Finishing works. Experience in the hospitality field is an added advantage.
3. Project Engineer (MEPF)
- Qualifications: B.E. / Diploma from a reputable college
- Experience: 8-10 years of site execution experience in MEPF works. Experience in the hospitality field is an added advantage.
4. Billing Engineer
- Qualifications: B.E. / Diploma from a reputable college
- Experience: 8-10 years of Billing experience.
(B) For Residential / Commercial Projects in Mumbai
1. Project Manager
- Qualifications: B.E. Civil from a reputable college
- Experience: 12-15 years of site execution experience in Civil, Structural, Finishing & MEPF works. Experience of independently handling a site is a must.
2. Project Engineer
- Qualifications: B.E. Civil / Diploma in Civil from a reputable college
- Experience: 8-10 years of site execution experience in Civil, Structural, Finishing & MEPF works.
3. Supervisor
- Qualifications: Diploma from a reputable college
- Experience: 8-10 years of site execution experience in Civil, Structural, Finishing & MEPF works.
