Roles and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Contract Appreciation Document: Highlighting key dates and essential details.
- Contractual Claims: Prepare claims, including those related to changes in legislation and extension of time requests (EOT). Ensure adherence to all contractual terms and assist the project head in drafting contractual correspondence with the client.
- MIS Reports: Create reports (daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports) as per management requirements and contractual obligations.
- Hindrance Register: Prepare and maintain the register for site hindrances and regularly inform the authorities of any hindrance.
- COS Preparation: Create Change of Scope (COS) documents for additional structures in the project alignment based on local demands and approvals from the authorities.
Job Locations: Assam, Vijayawada, Chennai, Tripura, Delhi NCR
