Position: Assistant Manager – Civil Maintenance

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for civil-related maintenance tasks.
• Ensure the upkeep of civil assets including building, plumbing, waterproofing, tiling, painting, fabrication, glazing, etc.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance activities.
• Identify potential problem areas and monitor the resolution of issues.
• Estimate and survey quantities for maintenance projects.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Looking for People With:

• Experience: 3 years+ in Civil Maintenance (Commercial/Residential)
• Key Skills: Civil Maintenance, Finishing, Plumbing, etc.
• Industry: Retail/Facility Management
• Qualification: Diploma/BE/B Tech (Civil)
• Functional Area: Project Maintenance
• Job Location: PAN India
