If you have experience in MEP quantification and estimation for stores, along with knowledge of cost control, electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting, we invite you to apply.

Position: Assistant Manager – MEP Estimation / Estimation Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Quantification and estimation of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) for stores.
• Knowledge of cost control and cost estimation.
• Proficiency in electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting.
• Moderate level of MS Office and AutoCAD proficiency.
• Well-versed with ISO 1200 standards.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2-8 Years
• Industry: Retail/Construction
• Qualification: B.E Electrical/Mechanical
• Functional Areas: MEP estimation, costing, quantification
• Job Location: Thane (HO)
