- Experience in project planning, monitoring and resource management
4. Senior Site Engineers

- Strong site-level execution capabilities preferred
5. QA/QC Lead

- Experience in formal QA/QC procedures, inspections and documentation
6. EHS / Safety Professionals

Ideal Candidate Experience
Candidates with experience in the following areas will be preferred:
- Structured RA billing, quantity reconciliation and subcontractor billing
- Maintaining slab cycles against a fixed construction programme
- Project planning, monitoring and resource management
- Formal QA/QC procedures, inspections and documentation
- EHS compliance and safe work practices
- Finishing coordination, snag closure and Defect Liability Period (DLP) management
