We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator for Highway Projects at our Corporate Office in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing and coordinating highway projects, demonstrating a proven track record of successful project execution and management.

Position:- DGM/GM/Sr. GM (Project Coordinator – Highway Projects)
- Location: Corporate Office – Gurugram
- Experience: 18-25 Years
- Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Serve as the primary point of contact for 2-3 highway projects, overseeing and controlling project activities from the corporate office level.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project milestones are achieved within the specified timelines.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including engineering teams, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B Tech) from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience of 18-25 years in the infrastructure sector, with a focus on highway projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in project coordination, management, and execution, preferably with a background in overseeing multiple highway projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, construction methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools is desirable.
