This role is ideal for candidates with strong exposure to QA/QC systems in large-scale metro, flyover, and bridge construction projects, with deep knowledge of IRC/IS/MORTH standards and client-driven quality compliance.

Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Quality
- Project Type: Elevated Metro Project
- Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra
- Qualification Required:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience:
- 10–12 years of experience in Quality Control
- Mandatory experience in Elevated Metro / Flyover / Bridge projects
Roles & Responsibilities
- Implementing and monitoring Quality Assurance & Quality Control systems across all stages of construction
- Establishing, implementing, and monitoring the Project Quality Assurance Plan (PQAP) as per contract requirements
- Ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, and quality procedures
- Supervising QA/QC activities for substructure, superstructure, casting yards, segment casting, launching, and PSC works
- Coordinating material inspections, testing, and approvals for concrete, steel, bearings, expansion joints, and structural components
- Liaison with Client, PMC, Independent Engineer, and third-party inspection agencies for inspections and approvals
- Monitoring cube strength, durability parameters, and compliance with approved concrete mix designs
- Managing NCRs along with corrective and preventive actions
- Supervising in-house and third-party material testing (cement, aggregate, fly ash, soil, concrete, etc.) as per IS codes and maintaining records
- Reviewing soil tests, compaction tests, curing methods, batch certificates, precast inspections, coordinate verification, concrete pouring, and cube testing
- Ensuring calibration of concrete plants and laboratory equipment as per contract agreements
- Monitoring precast segment production as per approved Inspection Test Plans (ITPs)
- Managing and maintaining complete QA/QC documentation
