Roles & Responsibilities
- Review tender documents and Employer’s Requirements.
- Develop civil engineering concepts and optimize designs.
- Review intake structures, outfall systems, marine works, and underground structures.
- Coordinate TBM and Microtunnelling engineering activities.
- Perform quantity verification and BOQ validation.
- Conduct value engineering and constructability reviews.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Support procurement activities and vendor technical evaluations.
- Review engineering drawings and technical submissions.
- Provide technical support during bid negotiations.
