1. Senior SHE Manager

• Lead and manage overall SHE functions at project site
• Develop, implement and monitor SHE policies, procedures and systems
• Ensure statutory compliance, risk management and incident investigation
• Drive safety culture, training and continuous improvement initiatives

2. Junior SHE Manager

• Assist in implementing SHE policies and procedures at site
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments and safety audits
• Monitor compliance with legal and client requirements
• Support training, toolbox talks and safety awareness programs

3. SR. SHE Electrical Engineer

• Manage electrical safety for construction and operational activities
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and procedures
• Conduct electrical safety inspections and risk assessments
• Oversee earthing, isolations, PTW, and electrical equipment safety

4. JR. SHE Electrical Engineer

• Support electrical safety activities and ensure safe work practices
• Assist in inspections, documentation and compliance monitoring
• Promote electrical safety awareness among workers
• Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to PTW system

5. SR. SHE Fire Manager

• Lead fire safety management and emergency preparedness
• Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and audits
• Develop fire safety plans, conduct drills and training
• Manage fire protection systems and equipment on site

6. Occupational Health Officer

• Monitor and promote occupational health and hygiene on site
• Conduct health assessments and maintain medical records
• Manage health surveillance, vaccinations and awareness programs
• Liaise with hospitals/clinics and handle medical emergencies

7. SR. SHE Traffic Engineer

• Develop and implement traffic management plans
• Ensure safe movement of vehicles, equipment and pedestrians
• Coordinate with authorities for permits and diversions
• Monitor traffic safety compliance and site signage

8. Housekeeping cum Barricade Maintenance Manager with Team

• Manage housekeeping activities and ensure cleanliness at site
• Maintain, repair and monitor barricades, signages and safety boards
• Ensure waste management and environmental hygiene
• Lead and supervise housekeeping and barricade maintenance team

9. Labour Welfare Officer

• Ensure welfare facilities and statutory compliance for workers
• Manage workers’ grievances and coordinate with contractors
• Oversee welfare activities, amenities and engagement programs
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with labour laws
