Position: Manager / Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager / Senior Engineer
- Department: Contracts
- Qualification: B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering. NICMAR preferred.
- Experience: 4-10 years of relevant experience (Preferred Road Projects – 10 years of exposure).
- Number of Openings: 4
- Job Location: Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Jharkhand, Karnal – Haryana, Uttar Pradesh
- Salary: ₹4,80,000 – ₹15,00,000 LPA
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Study of Contract Documents and Preparation of CAD.
- Interpretation of Contractual Provisions.
- Drafting of Contractual/Regular Correspondences.
- Identification and Notifying Force Majeure Events and Preparation of Extension of Time (EOT).
- Preparation of Change of Scope Proposals (COS).
- Document Management.
- Risk Assessment related to Contract Agreement.
- Preparation of MPRs and MIS reports.
- Proficiency in software such as MS Excel and MS Word.
- Knowledge of Dispute Adjudication Process (DAB/DRB/ARBITRATION).
