Education	NICMAR / M.Tech/ B. Tech (Civil) – Full Time

Job Description:

1. Oversee and manage the structural aspects of highway projects from initiation to completion.
2. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for structural components.
3. Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints.
4. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
5. Review and approve structural designs for highway structures.
6. Ensure that designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
7. Collaborate with design teams to optimize structural solutions.
8. Implement and maintain quality assurance and quality control processes for structural components of highway projects.
9. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with design and construction standards.
10. Identify potential risks and challenges related to structural elements of highway projects.
11. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and contractors.
12. Monitor and control costs associated with structural components of highway projects.
13. Work to optimize designs and construction methods to achieve cost savings.
14. Promote the use of innovative technologies and best practices in structural design and construction.
15. Maintain records of design changes, approvals, and other relevant information.
16. Prioritize and enforce safety standards in structural design and construction activities.
