1. Secondary Engineer – Substation Engineering
Location: Chennai, India
Experience: 5–8 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Key Requirements:
- Substation secondary engineering and project engineering experience.
- Protection principle SLD and schematic diagrams.
- Substation layouts and sections.
- Signal lists, trip matrix, logics and interlocks.
- Control and relay panel engineering.
- Cable block diagrams, cable schedules and BoQ estimation.
- AIS & GIS secondary design knowledge.
- Auxiliary AC/DC power system design.
- Relay configuration knowledge is preferred.
- CAD design tools and E3.
- Knowledge of IEEE, IEC and relevant international standards.
- Vendor offer evaluation and technical data sheet verification.
- FAT/SAT of primary and secondary equipment.
- Technical risk assessment and project coordination.
2. Document Controller
Location: Chennai, India
Experience: 5–8 Years
Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree
Key Requirements:
- Experience as a Document Controller.
- Project documentation and document control procedures.
- Engineering and supplier document management.
- Document registers and project document trackers.
- Customer document approval and comment management.
- Working knowledge of EMDS.
- MS Office – Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
3. Testing Supervisor
Location: Maneja, Vadodara, India
Experience: 4–6 Years, with minimum 5 years professional testing experience stated in the requirements
Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with first class (above 60%)
Key Requirements:
- High-voltage circuit breaker testing from 72.5 kV to 800 kV.
- High-voltage testing and partial discharge testing.
- Mechanical endurance testing of switchgear.
- Routine testing of switchgear products.
- LTB, GIS and DTB testing experience is an added advantage.
- Electrical schematic drawing interpretation.
- Fault tracing and troubleshooting.
- Functional and interlock verification.
- Local control cubicle wiring.
- Test equipment handling.
- IEC standards knowledge.
- SAP / SAP MM and MS Office knowledge.

4. Senior Electrical Engineer – Transformer Design

- Electrical design engineering experience.
- Transformer insulation and component/bushing design.
- Modular design and product standardization.
- Product configurators and configuration logic.
- CAD tools such as Creo.

5. Project Planning Specialist

Experience: 8–12 Years
Qualification: BE in Electrical Engineering
Key Requirements:
- Project planning, control and reporting.
- Experience in Power Grids / FACTS / AIS and GIS.
- Substation experience preferred.
- Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) planning.
- Oracle Primavera P6.
- Microsoft Project.
- Project Management Plans and PS&E.
- Detailed schedule development and monitoring.
- Resource-loaded baseline and current schedules.
- Cost forecasting and project reporting.
- Critical path analysis.

6. Civil Manager
Location: Chennai, India
Experience: Minimum 10 Years of progressive civil engineering experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s Degree preferred
