| 3 to 7 years of experience in building construction | ||
| Bldg/02 | Engineer/Sr. Engineer (Civil) | BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering |
| 5 years of experience in building construction | ||
| Bldg/03 | Quantity Surveyor (Civil) | Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering |
| 7 years of experience in building construction firms | ||
| Bldg/04 | Planning Engineer (Civil) | – Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering |
| – 10 years of experience in building construction firms | ||
| Bldg/05 | Formwork Foreman | – 10-15 years of experience working as a formwork supervisor with construction firms |
| – Proficiency in conventional and MIVAN technology preferred | ||
| Bldg/06 | Reinforcement Foreman | – 10-15 years of experience working as a reinforcement supervisor with construction firms |
