We are in Sri Lanka now and executing the project ” Construction of West Container Terminal – Berth Structure” at Port of Colombo.

We are looking for following dynamic and committed construction experts in various functions for construction of West Container Terminal, Colombo Project. There are total 10 functions (CMB-01 to CMB-10) detailed below.

1. RCC Precast Engineer (CMB-01)

• Qualification: B Tech (Civil) or Equivalent
• Minimum Required Work Experience: 5-10 Yrs.
• Work Experience Required: Experience in RCC precast work for Bridge/Jetty/Flyover construction, BBS preparation, knowledge of formwork, concreting, quantity calculation of civil structures, work scheduling, and liaison with customers for daily site activities.

2. Execution Engineer – Bore Piling (CMB-02)

• Qualification: B Tech (Civil) or Equivalent
• Minimum Required Work Experience: 5-10 Yrs.
• Work Experience Required: Experience in RCC cast in-situ bore piling works, Tremmie concreting, Rock socketing with rotary hydraulic piling rig, BBS preparation, quantity calculation of structures, scheduling, and monitoring of day-to-day activities, and liaison with subcontractors and customers for daily site activities.

3. RCC Civil Works Engineer (CMB-03)

• Qualification: B Tech (Civil) or Equivalent
• Minimum Required Work Experience: 5-10 Yrs.
• Work Experience Required: Experience in in-situ civil work in Bridge/Jetty/Flyover construction, BBS preparation, knowledge of formwork, concreting, quantity calculation of structures, scheduling, and monitoring of day-to-day activities, and liaison with customers for daily site activities.

4. Rock Revetment Execution Engineer (CMB-04)

• Qualification: B Tech (Civil) or Equivalent
• Minimum Required Work Experience: 5-10 Yrs.
• Work Experience Required: Experience in executing Rock Revetment works, surveying, transportation, knowledge of productivity of excavators, dumpers, and willingness to work in day and night shifts.

5. Quality Control / Quality Assurance Engineer (CMB-05)

• Qualification: B Tech (Civil) or Equivalent
• Minimum Required Work Experience: 5-10 Yrs.
• Work Experience Required: Familiarity with international standards like BS, ASTM, BSEN, and IS, knowledge of concrete mix design, conducting testing of RCC bore pile (both NDT and destructive), and liaison with customers for day-to-day activities.

6. Planning Engineer (CMB-06)

• Qualification: B Tech (Civil) or Equivalent
• Minimum Required Work Experience: 5-10 Yrs.
• Work Experience Required: Knowledge in Microsoft programming and Primavera P6, tracking of schedules, preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, resource planning, material planning, and good knowledge of piling works, precast works, revetment, and in-situ civil works. Experience in planning for construction of Bridge/Jetty/Flyover is preferred.

7. Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (CMB-07)

• Qualification: B Tech (Mechanical) or Equivalent
• Minimum Required Work Experience: 5-10 Yrs.
• Work Experience Required: Knowledge in the operation and maintenance procedure of Rotary Piling Rig, hydraulic crawler crane, generators, concrete pumps, and other construction equipment. Work experience in the construction industry is preferred.

8. Logistics Executive (CMB-08)

• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum Required Work Experience: 5-6 Yrs.
• Work Experience Required: Proficiency in English in both oral and written communication. Knowledge of import-export, BOI approval procedure, shipping lines, custom duty, incoterms, clearing and forwarding procedures is required.

9. Piling Work Documentation Engineer (CMB-09)

• Qualification: B Tech (Civil) or Equivalent
• Minimum Required Work Experience: 3-5 Yrs.
• Work Experience Required: Experience and knowledge in RCC cast in-situ bore piling works, Tremmie concreting, Rock socketing with rotary hydraulic piling rig, BBS preparation, quantity calculation of structures, scheduling, and monitoring of day-to-day activities, and liaison with customers for documentation. Knowledge of MS Office is required.

10. Administration and IR Officer (CMB-10)

• Qualification: Degree in HRM from Recognized University or full or part qualification in CQHRM. Fully conversant with Labor Laws of Sri Lanka.
• Minimum Required Work Experience: 5-10 Yrs.
• Work Experience Required: Proficiency in statutory compliance, labor laws, liaison with site administration, relevant departments for compliance. Experience of working in infrastructure construction is preferred. Knowledge of statutory requirements related to the employment of expatriates in Sri Lanka is important.
