• HR Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare analytical and HR MIS reports.
• Close the MPR (Manpower Requisition) from different departments.
• Conduct employee recruitment for niche profiles.
• Finalize Job Descriptions (JD).
• Conduct exit interviews.
• Handle HR operations for 5 to 10 years of experience.

Qualifications Required:

• M.B.A. (Master of Business Administration)
• M.M.S. (Master of Management Studies)
• M.S.W. (Master of Social Work) in HR (Full-Time)

Skills & Experience:

• Good experience in manpower budgeting.
• Expertise in preparing compensation and benefit structures.
• Proficiency in end-to-end talent acquisition and HR operations.
