Position : HR – Assistant / HR – Deputy/Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare analytical and HR MIS reports to support decision-making processes.
- Coordinate and close the Manpower Planning Requests (MPR) from various departments.
- Lead the recruitment process for niche profiles, including finalizing job descriptions and conducting exit interviews.
- Manage HR operations, including manpower budgeting, compensation, benefits, and talent acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualification: M.B.A / M.M.S / M.S.W – HR (Full Time)
- Experience: 5 to 10 years in HR operations, with expertise in manpower budgeting, compensation, talent acquisition, and HR MIS reporting.
