Position Details
Position: Project Coordinator / Project Controller – Building Projects
- Project: Building Projects
- Location: Andheri, Mumbai
- Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 10–15 Years
- Industry: Building & Construction
- Preferred: Experience with Contracting / Construction Companies
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor multiple building projects
- Track project progress, schedules, milestones and deliverables
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors and management
- Monitor project planning, execution and overall performance
- Prepare MIS reports, progress reports and management updates
- Identify project delays, risks and coordination issues
- Follow up for timely resolution of project-related issues
- Ensure effective coordination between Corporate Office and Project Sites
Ideal Candidate
A proactive and experienced Civil Engineering professional with strong skills in Project Coordination, Planning, Monitoring, Reporting and Communication.
