- Requirements: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Additional Requirement: MSP exposure is mentioned for the data center planning role

2. MEP Estimation Manager
- Experience: 7–10 years
- Location: Mumbai
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Employment: Permanent
- Key Area: MEP estimation for Data Center EPC bids
- Experience Requirement: 6+ years of experience on data center facilities
- Skills: MEP Cost Estimation, BOQ Preparation, HVAC & Electrical Systems, Vendor Quote Adjudication, Cost Planning, Value Engineering and Risk Pricing
- Preferred Certifications: CDCP preferred; CDCS, PMP or Uptime ATD is an advantage
