• Qualification: B.E.
• Experience: 25 years of managing multiple projects.

2. Project Manager

• Qualification: BE/Diploma
• Experience: 10-15 years
• Requirement: Aluminium shuttering experience mandatory, experience in both Residential/Commercial High Rise Buildings.

3. Jr. Architect

• Experience: 3-5 years
• Requirement: Experience in Residential/Commercial Building preparation of drawings.

4. Sr. Engineer

• Qualification: BE/Diploma
• Experience: 8-10 years
• Requirement: Aluminium shuttering experience mandatory, experience in both Residential/Commercial High Rise Buildings.

5. Jr. Engineer

• Qualification: BE/Diploma
• Experience: 3-5 years
• Requirement: Experience in Residential Buildings.

6. Site Supervisor

• Qualification: BE/Diploma/Graduate
• Experience: 10-15 years
• Requirement: Relevant experience in Residential/Commercial High Rise Buildings.

7. Fresh Trainee Engineer

• Qualification: Degree/Diploma Holder in Civil.

8. Foremen

• Experience: 10-15 years
• Requirement: Aluminium shuttering experience mandatory.

9. Quality Control Engineer

• Qualification: BE
• Experience: 15 years
• Requirement: Experience on site and in the lab, well-versed with norms.

10. Quantity Survey and Contracts

• Experience: 10-15 years
• Requirement: Experience in Quantity Survey, Rate Analysis, Estimation, Work Order, Contracts, etc.

11. Sr./Jr. Safety Officer/Engineer

• Experience: 5-15 years
• Requirement: Diploma in Safety, relevant experience in Residential & High Rise Buildings.

12. Sr./Jr. Plant & Machinery Engineer

• Experience: 5-15 years
• Requirement: Experience in Real Estate, Industry experience of Precast would be an added advantage.

13. Billing Engineer

• Experience: 7-15 years
• Requirement: BE/Diploma Holder, experience in Billing/Contracts/QS in Real Estate Industry.

14. Planning Engineer

• Experience: 5 years
• Requirement: Well-versed in MS Project, Primavera, relevant experience in Residential/Commercial High Rise Buildings.

15. Sr./Jr. Purchase Manager

• Experience: 5-15 years
• Requirement: Graduate, experience in the Real Estate Industry.

16. Sr./Jr. Store Keeper

• Experience: 5-15 years
• Requirement: Graduate, experience in the Real Estate Industry.

17. Customer Relationship Manager

• Qualification: Graduate/MBA
• Experience: Minimum 8-10 years
• Requirement: Relevant experience, fluent in English.

18. Sr./Jr. Accountant

• Qualification: Graduation/Post Graduation
• Experience: Minimum 5-10 years
• Requirement: Relevant experience in the Real Estate Industry with Tally-9, ERP, GST, ITR submission, coordination with CA.

19. HR Manager

• Qualification: Diploma/Degree in HR
• Experience: 8-15 years
• Requirement: Relevant experience in the Real Estate Industry.

20. Liaisoning Officer

• Experience: Minimum 8 years
• Requirement: Male candidate for Liaisoning work with good knowledge of SRA, MHADA, BMC, etc. Fluent in English and Marathi.

21. Jr. Advocate

• Experience: Minimum 5 years
• Requirement: Legal drafting, appearing in Civil and RERA court, legal research, preparing briefs and giving briefs. Good command over English/Marathi.
