• 10-15 years of experience as a BE / Diploma holder.
• Mandatory experience in aluminum shuttering.
• Proficient in handling both residential and commercial high-rise building projects.

2. Architect

• 5-10 years of experience in residential and commercial building projects.

3. Senior Engineer (Preparation of Drawing)

• 8-10 years of experience as a BE / Diploma holder.
• Mandatory experience in aluminum shuttering.
• Well-versed in both residential and commercial high-rise building projects.

4. Junior Engineer

• 3-5 years of experience as a BE / Diploma holder.
• Experience in residential and commercial building projects.

5. Site Supervisor

• 10-15 years of experience as a BE / Diploma holder / graduate.
• Relevant experience in residential and commercial high-rise building projects.

6. Fresh Trainee Engineer

• Degree/Diploma holder in Civil Engineering.

7. Foremen

• 10-15 years of experience.
• Mandatory experience in aluminum shuttering.

8. Store Keeper

• 10-15 years of experience in the real estate industry.
• Graduate level qualification.

9. Quality Control Engineer

• BE holder with 15 years of on-site and lab experience.
• Well-versed with quality control norms.

10. Liaisoning Officer

• Minimum 8 years of experience.
• Male candidate with expertise in liaisoning work (SRA, MHADA, BMC, etc.).
• Fluent in English and Marathi.

11. Junior Advocate

• Minimum 5 years of experience in legal drafting, court appearances, and legal research.
• Strong command over English and Marathi.

12. Legal Assistant

• Minimum 5 years of experience in drafting legal documents in English and Marathi.

13. Customer Relationship Manager

• Graduate/MBA with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
