- Minimum Qualification: B-Tech (Civil)
- Minimum Experience: 5 years in Pavement works execution, including 2 years of Rigid or Flexible (depending on the case) pavement works execution.
3. Engineer/Assistant Engineer
- Number of Positions: 1
- Minimum Qualification: B-Tech (Civil) for Site Laboratory
- Minimum Experience: 5 years of experience, including 2 years of Pavement work execution.
4. Junior Engineer
- Number of Positions: 2
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma (Civil) Engineering
- Minimum Experience: 5 years of experience, including 2 years of Pavement work execution.
5. Junior Engineer
- Number of Positions: 1
- Diploma (Civil) Engineering
- 5 years of experience, including 2 years of Flexible pavement works execution
6. Junior Engineer
- Number of Positions: 3
- Diploma (Mech/Elec) Engineering
- 5 years of experience, including 2 years of Flexible pavement works execution.
7. Lab Assistant (1 for Concrete & Bituminous)
- Number of Positions: 2
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma
- Minimum Experience: 5 years, including 2 years of testing related to pavement works.
8. Surveyor

- Minimum Qualification: Diploma/ITI
