Kalpataru Projects International Limited is conducting a walk-in interview for various positions in South India cities. The company is looking for individuals with relevant experience in industrial and high-rise buildings in large construction companies.

Positions and Requirements:

1. Projects (CODE: SIO/EXECUTION/001)

• Asst. Engineers, Sr. Engineer, Asst. Manager, Dy. Manager
• Qualification: B.E Civil/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Experience: Min. 5 to Max. 25 years in Residential Buildings, High-rise/Commercial

2. Quality Management System (CODE: SIO/Quality/003: QMS)

• Engineers, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager
• Qualification: BE Civil/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Experience: Min. 5 to Max. 15 years in quality plan management, design, material testing, internal quality audit

3. Safety (CODE: SIO/EHS/004: SAFETY)

• Engineer, Sr. Engineer, Asst. Manager, Deputy Manager
• Qualification: BE Civil/Diploma in Civil Engineering with Diploma in Safety
• Experience: Min. 5 to Max. 15 years in safety management

4. Planning / Quantity Surveyor / Billing (CODE: SIO/PLANNING/QUANTITY SURVEYOR/BILLING/005):

• Sr. Engineer, Asst. Manager, Deputy Manager, Manager
• Qualification: BE Civil/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Experience: Min. 5 to Max. 15 years in planning, quantity surveying, billing

5. IR & Administration (CODE: SIO/IR & ADMIN/006 LIAISON & ADMINISTRATION)

• Officer, Executive, Deputy Manager
• Qualification: MSW/MBA (Advantageous)
• Experience: Min. 5 to Max. 15 years in liaison with Govt/Semi Govt/Non-Govt bodies, general administration, statutory compliances

6. MEP (CODE: SIO/MEP/007)

• Senior Engineer, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager
• Qualification: BE/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: Min. 5 to Max. 15 years in MEP works for high-rise residential, commercial buildings, data centers, airports

7. Stores (CODE:SIO/STORES/008)

• Officer, Executive, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager
• Qualification: Graduation/Diploma in Material Management
• Experience: Min. 5 to Max. 15 years in stores management

8. Accounts (CODE:SIO/ACCOUNTS/009)

• Executive, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager
• Qualification: B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter
• Experience: Min. 5 to Max. 15 years in construction/infrastructure/manufacturing companies, exposure to vendor invoice processing, GST, stores accounting, SAP desirable

9. Plant & Machinery (CODE: SIO/P&M/010)

• Sr. Engineer, Asst. Manager, Deputy Manager, Manager
• Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mechanical, Electrical
• Experience: Min. 5 to Max. 15 years with hands-on experience in high-rise/commercial/residential building works

10. Design (CODE: SIO/DESIGN/011)

• Draftsman, Engineer, Asst. Manager, Deputy Manager
• Qualification: BE/Diploma in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: Min. 5 to Max. 10 years in designing electrical & ELV systems, HVAC, plumbing & fire-fighting systems for airports, data centers, residential, commercial buildings (ME Structure experience preferable)
