Current Job Openings: Join our team in South India cities and be a part of our journey towards excellence. We are looking for dedicated professionals with relevant experience in large construction companies, particularly in Industrial and High-Rise Building projects. Below are the available job opportunities:

Project (Code: SIO/EXECUTION/001)

1. Project Coordinator

• Qualifications: BE-Civil / Diploma Civil Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 18 to 20 years
• Responsibilities: Coordinate high-rise, commercial, and residential building projects, with at least 3 years of experience as a coordinator, managing a minimum of 3 to 4 projects.

2. Project In-Charge

• Qualifications: BE-Civil / Diploma Civil Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 12 to 16 years
• Responsibilities: Oversee high-rise, commercial, residential, and institutional building projects, having completed at least two projects as the in-charge of a minimum of 100 crores, and capable of organizing required resources.

Quality Management (Code: SIO/QMS/002)

3. Deputy Manager / Manager / Senior Manager (Quality Management)

• Qualifications: BE/Diploma Civil Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 8 to 15 years
• Responsibilities: Worked in Quality Management System (QMS) for 6 to 9 years, including at least 2 to 3 projects as the in-charge.

Safety (Code: SIO/EHS/003)

4. DGM / General Manager (Safety)

• Qualifications: BE / Diploma Engineering with a safety diploma
• Experience: Minimum 18 to 20 years
• Responsibilities: Worked as a Coordinator / Region Head for at least 5 years, handling more than 5 projects.

Internal Audit (Code: SIO/AUDIT / 004)

5. Senior Manager / Asst. General Manager (Internal Audit)

• Qualifications: CA / ICWA or BE (CA / ICWA with BE / Diploma Engineering preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years
• Responsibilities: Experience in internal audit, with preference given to candidates with a background in the construction industry.

Planning & Billing (Code: SIO/QS/005)

6. Assistant Manager to Senior Manager (Planning & Billing)

• Qualifications: BE/Diploma Civil Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 5 to 13 years
• Responsibilities: Experience in PMG (Planning & Billing) in the Construction Industry.

• 7. Assistant General Manager / Deputy General Manager (Planning & Billing)

• Qualifications: BE / Diploma Civil Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 15 to 20 years
• Responsibilities: Experience in PMG (Planning & Billing) in the Construction Industry, with exposure in costing.

MEP (Code: SIO/MEP/006)

8. General Manager / Assistant Vice President (MEP)

• Qualifications: BE/ Diploma Electrical Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 18 years
• Responsibilities: Experience as a Division Head of MEP, with exposure in Tendering, Costing, Purchase, and Monitoring of Projects.

Procurement (Code: SIO/PURCHASE/007)

9. Assistant General Manager (Procurement)

• Qualifications: BE / Diploma Engineering or Finance Background
• Experience: Minimum 10 years
• Responsibilities: Experience in purchase in the Construction Industry.

Finance (Code: SIO/F&A/008)

10. Assistant Vice President / General Manager (Finance)
    • Qualifications: CA/CMA with Post Qualification experience of 15-20 years
    • Experience: Extensive experience in Accounts & MIS, F&PA, Business Controlling, SAP, Banking, and handling a team of 8 to 10 persons. Multi-location experience is desirable.
11. Senior Manager / Manager (Finance)
    • Qualifications: B.Com/M.Com
    • Experience: Minimum 15 to 20 years with experience in Banking and Payment.
