Experience Criteria / Job Description

Project Manager

  1. Deep understanding of 765kV substation interfaces of civil, structural, and electrical during construction.
  2. Manage subcontractors and vendors effectively & Coordinate multiple work fronts (civil, electrical, testing) efficiently with utmost focus on Quality & Safety.
  3. Skilled in estimating the Civil & Electrical works costs and have ability to create accurate budgets (ZBC, AOP & CTC).
  4. Skilled in assessing schedule delays on account of internal & external factors, forecasting, Risk Assessment, Client handling etc.
  5. Efficient in stake holder management (internal & external) and having big team management skills
  6. Having Pro-active approach with high degree of integrity.
  7. High understanding in Contracts with Client as well as Vendors

Project Planning Manager

  1. Preparation of Substation Project Schedules in L2, L3 & L4 levels, representing the Gantt Chart & Critical Paths using MS Projects/Primavera
  2. Project Monitoring & Co-ordination with cross functional departments
  3. Tracking actual vs planned progress, forecasting, trend analysis, resources planning and proactively alert the Project team/Management on anticipated issues/risks.
  4. Preparation of Annual Operating Plans (AOP), Zero Budget Costing (ZBC), Cost To Completion
  5. Publishing of DPR, MPR, Cash flow analysis, Catch-up plans to the management.
  6. Maintaining the Project Documentation and providing the necessary inputs to concerned
  7. Preparation of Interim, Final Amendments and Time Extensions.
  8. Hands on knowledge in SAP for creation of PR and monitoring of SAP based functions

Civil Manager – Execution

  1. Familiar with GIS/AIS substations upto Voltage level of 765kV
  2. Expertise in different construction techniques for various activities involved in Substation construction
  3. Coordinating contractors, Managing manpower & Pro-active in day to day planning of civil works
  4. Ability to plan the material requirement as per the 3 month rolling plans
  5. Skilled in site works measurement and quantity calculations, preparation and certification of JMCs with client and subcontractor as per con-tract terms.
  6. Skilled in maintaining Quality and Safety at work place

Planning Manager – RO (Kolkata)

  • Preparation of Project Schedules in L2 & L3 levels and Critical Paths using MS Projects/Primavera
  • Multiple Project Monitoring & Co-ordination with cross function departments to support site team
  • Tracking of Planning vs Actual progress, forecasting, trend analysis, resources planning and proactively highlighting the issues and raise concern against any future risks/deviations.
  • Preparation/review of Annual Operating Plans (AOP), Zero Budget Costing (ZBC),CTC
  • Publishing of Monthly Progress report, Cash flow analysis, Catch-up plans and MDL to the management.
  • Maintaining the Project Documentation and providing the necessary inputs to concerned
  • Preparation & Vetting of Interim, Final Amendments and Time Extensions.
