Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Planning, coordinating and monitoring construction activities.
- Coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors and project stakeholders.
- Supporting project execution from commencement to mechanical completion.
- Managing manpower, equipment and construction materials efficiently.
- Monitoring subcontractor activities and ensuring work is executed as per project requirements.
- Assisting in project scheduling, progress monitoring and milestone tracking.
- Preparing MIS reports and project documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with project quality standards and construction specifications.
- Following Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements at the project site.
- Supporting implementation of digital construction, automation and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Promoting sustainability initiatives including carbon and water conservation during project execution.
