LCC Projects Pvt Ltd Urgent Hiring May 2024
We are looking for a qualified P&M Executive to oversee the operation and maintenance of our plant and machinery across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, experience in equipment maintenance, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of plant and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate logbooks and records of equipment maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to machinery operation.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for spare parts procurement.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in logbook maintenance and machinery troubleshooting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites as required.
Location: MP, Gujarat, Rajasthan
