- Relevant experience in contracts administration and project cost control.
2. Contracts & Procurement Engineer
- Experience in procurement planning, vendor management, and contract administration.
3. Estimation & Costing Engineer
- Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, costing, and tender analysis.
4. General Manager – Projects
- Experience in leading large-scale high-rise residential construction projects.
5. Quality Engineer
- Experience in QA/QC for building construction projects.
6. Project Engineer
- Experience in project execution and site management.
7. Billing Engineer
- Experience in client billing, contractor billing, BOQ verification, and quantity surveying.
8. Planning Engineer
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
9. Site Engineer
- Experience in civil site execution for residential building projects.
10. Storekeeper
- Experience in construction material management and inventory control.
11. Surveyor
- Experience in construction surveying and layout works.
Eligibility Criteria
