1. Design Engineering (HTE 1124DES)
- Requirements: Mechanical design experience of shell & tube heat exchangers and pressure vessels. Knowledge of codes such as ASME (Div 1, Div 2), API, IS. Familiarity with software like PVElite, Compress, Caesar II.
- Experience: Detail drawing, fabrication process, and welding procedures knowledge.
2. Thermal Design Engineering (HTE 1124TDES)
- Requirements: Thermal design of heat exchangers like HTRI, HTFS, Shell & Tube heat exchangers, boilers, and pressure vessels.
- Experience: Related to industries like refineries, oil & gas, and fertilizer sectors.
3. Design Engineering (RPV 1124RPV)
- Requirements: Experience in static equipment design for pressure vessels. Familiar with codes like ASME, API, and NACE. Knowledge of fabrication drawings, material technical specifications.
4. FEA Design (RPV/HTE 1124FDES)
- Requirements: Expertise in FEA, structural analysis, using tools like ANSYS, Abaqus. Knowledge of ASME, WRC, and API codes.
- Experience: 2+ years.
5. Draughtsman (RPV/HTE 1124DRPV)
- Requirements: Should have drafting experience of Various fabrication drawings (Pressure Vessel, Reactor, Heat Exchanger, Filter vessel etc), Checking BOM, Material list of all Equipment manufacture as per ASME/TEMA/EN Standard. Should have knowledge of Layout for plates, Profiles for cuttings. Should be able to work in tight time schedules of drawing completions.
6. Draughtsman (SFU 1124DSFU)
- Requirements: Should have drafting experience of Various fabrication drawings (Pressure Vessel, Reactor, Heat Exchanger, Filter vessel etc), Checking BOM, Material list of all Equipment manufacture as per ASME/TEMA/EN Standard. Should have knowledge of Layout for plates, Profiles for cuttings. Should able to work in tight time schedules of drawing completions.
7. Piping Design (SFU 1124PDES)
- Requirements: Piping layout design, understanding of isometric and stress analysis using CAESAR-II, exposure to WRC standards.
