Open Positions:

1. Piping Design (0524PDSN)

• Requirements:
• Excellent knowledge of P&ID, MTO, Isometric Drawings, and Piping Code like B31.1/B31.3/IBR.
• Experience with MTO/BOQ preparation, piping thickness, nozzle reinforcement, piping stress (CAESER-II), 3D model review, and mechanical calculations as per IBR and piping code.
• Qualifications: BE/B.Tech/Dip-Mechanical
• Experience: 6 to 8 years

2. Equipment Design (0524EDSN)

• Requirements:
• Proficiency in designing pressure vessels (Loop Reactor, Column, Transferline, Filter Vessel) as per Sec-VIII Div-1 and 2 using software like Pv-elite, Nozzle Pro, and Ansys.
• Experience in FEA report review, strong oral and written communication skills, and ability to work in project groups.
• Qualifications: BE/B.Tech/Dip-Mechanical
• Experience: 2 to 5 years

3. Draughtsman Design (0524DDSN)

• Requirements:
• Experience drafting various fabrication drawings (Pressure Vessel, Reactor, Heat Exchanger, Filter Vessel), checking BOM, material lists, and knowledge of layout for plate profiles.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal corrections.
• Qualifications: Dip-Mechanical
• Experience: 5 to 8 years

4. Estimation Engineer (0524EENG)

• Requirements:
• Ability to read drawings, prepare bills of materials, RFQs, and bid tabulations.
• Good knowledge of ASME material.
• Qualifications: BE/B.Tech/Dip-Mechanical
• Experience: 3 to 7 years

5. Outsourcing (05240TSR)

• Requirements:
• Experience in NDE, surface treatment, and MHE contracts finalization.
• Knowledge of material, machining, NDE, rolling, and forming activities.
• Qualifications: Dip-Mechanical
• Experience: 2 to 5 years

6. Supply Chain Management (0524SCM)

• Requirements:
• Experience in procurement of piping and pressure vessel components.
• Strong communication skills and vendor management experience.
• Proficiency in SAP/ERP LN and awareness of market trends.
• Qualifications: BE/B.Tech-Mechanical
• Experience: 8 to 12 years

7. Site Planning Engineer (0524SPLN)

• Requirements:
• Experience in site piping erection planning in the oil and gas sector.
• Ability to read P&ID and plan spool erection at the site.
• EPC schedule review and contractor coordination.
• Qualifications: BE/B.Tech-Mechanical
• Experience: 4 to 8 years
