- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech
- Preferred Background: Residential & Commercial Projects
- Skills Required: Structural design expertise, technical coordination, domain knowledge
2. MEP Designers
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech
- Experience: MEP designing in commercial and residential developments
- Skills Required: HVAC, electrical, plumbing coordination & technical detailing
3. Landscape Architects
- Qualification: B.Arch or equivalent qualification
- Preferred Experience: Landscape planning for residential townships and commercial spaces
- Skills Required: Site planning, landscape concepts, design coordination
4. Interior Designers
- Qualification: Relevant Interior Design qualification
- Experience: Large-scale residential/commercial interiors
- Skills Required: Space planning, detailing, coordination, finishing concepts
5. 3D Visualizers
