Role Overview
M2K is looking for a hands-on MEP Manager who can lead the engineering team from the Head Office in Gurugram and take ownership of MEP design and execution.
The role involves managing MEP activities from concept drawings and design through site execution, commissioning and handover. The candidate will work closely with architects, structural consultants, clients and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead & Mentor
- Build, guide and develop the MEP engineering team.
- Conduct design and technical reviews.
- Delegate responsibilities and coach team members.
- Drive team performance and professional development.
2. MEP Design Ownership
The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end design coordination covering:
- HVAC
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Firefighting
- Drainage
- Rainwater Harvesting
3. Site Execution
- Drive MEP execution at project sites.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved designs and requirements.
- Maintain quality standards throughout execution.
- Manage punch points through to final handover.
- Coordinate commissioning and completion activities.
4. Coordination
- Act as the single point of coordination for MEP activities.
- Coordinate with architects and structural consultants.
- Work closely with clients and other project stakeholders.
- Resolve design and execution-related issues.
5. Control & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes and project requirements.
- Monitor timelines and budgets across MEP packages.
- Review and approve technical deliverables.
- Maintain control over quality, schedule and execution.

- Ability to review drawings and provide technical inputs.
