- Qualification: Any Engineering / Diploma / Science Graduate with Diploma in Industrial Safety / ADIS from State Board of Technical Education
- Preferred Experience: Underground Metro & TBM Tunnelling Projects
Job Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor site Safety Management Plans, procedures and statutory compliance.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections, identify hazards and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Conduct Toolbox Talks, safety inductions and training for workmen and staff.
- Coordinate with site execution teams to ensure safe work methodology, PTW compliance and risk control.
- Prepare Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessment (HIRA), Method Statements and emergency response plans.
- Ensure proper use of PPE, enforce safety rules and promote a positive safety culture.
- Monitor high-risk activities such as working at height, lifting operations, confined space, hot work and excavation.
- Maintain records of incidents and near-misses and support incident investigations to identify root causes.
- Ensure statutory compliance with the Factories Act, BOCW Act, IS standards and client safety requirements.
- Coordinate with clients and consultants for safety audits, meetings and compliance follow-up.
