Manager, and Sr. Manager (Quality Control) for Rural Water Distribution Pipeline works under the Uttar Pradesh Jal Jeevan Mission Projects (SWSM).

Project: Rural Water Distribution Pipeline for Uttar Pradesh Jal Jeevan Mission Projects

Open Positions:
QA/QC – Dy. Manager / Manager / Sr. Manager
Location:
- Corporate Office (Noida, Uttar Pradesh)
- Site/Site Office (Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Uttarakhand)
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Water JJM Projects
- Educational Qualifications: Full-time B.Tech, B.E, or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Must have at least 50% in all academic programs with no history of backlogs
Job Description / Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end quality-related activities for the Water Jal Jeevan Mission Project in Uttar Pradesh
- Ensure quality of every activity, including engineering construction, civil, architectural, and structural disciplines
- Manage QA/QC documents including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports, site instructions, and permanent materials delivered
- Develop and determine standards for inspections and tests, oversee testing methods, and maintain high-quality standards
- Review site materials for compliance with project specifications and quality standards
- Supervise test and inspection schedules, coordinate with teams for quality audits
- Ensure knowledge and compliance with quality manuals and procedures, and collaborate with contractors and suppliers
- Manage storage of hazardous materials and perform quality audits as scheduled
- Record project activities, analyze processes to ensure quality requirements are met
- Develop method statements including risk assessments, job safety, environmental analysis, and inspection test plans
- Liaise with Technical Engineer for material submissions to the Consultant
- Coordinate with Consultant representatives and Site In-charge for inspections
- Job involves extensive traveling
