Vindhya Telelinks Limited a leading construction company (Belonging to prestigious M.P. Birla Group) wishes to recruit personnel on ‘Contract Basis” for the position(s) of Engineer / Sr. Engineer / Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager for Rural Water Distribution Pipeline works under (SWSM) for Uttar Pradesh JalJeevan Mission. Projects & Power Distribution Projects for RDSS Bihar & ODSSP Odisha.

Opening Position

We require the following professionals for Water Project in (Uttar Pradesh – Bijnor only).

1. Civil Execution & Planning

• Assistant General Manager (AGM)
• Senior Manager (Sr. Mgr)
• Manager
• Deputy Manager (Dy. Mgr)
• Assistant Manager (Asst. Mgr)
• Senior Engineer (Sr. Engg)
• Engineer

2. OHT (Overhead Tank)

• Senior Engineer
• Engineer (with experience completing 2-3 OHT handovers)

3. Billing/Planning

• Assistant Manager (with at least 3 years of relevant experience)
• Senior Engineer (with at least 3 years of relevant experience)
• Engineer (with at least 3 years of relevant experience)

4. QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control)

• Manager (with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Water JUM Project)
• Deputy Manager (with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Water JUM Project)
• Senior Engineer (with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Water JUM Project)
• Engineer (with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Water JUM Project)

We require the following professionals for Power Project in (Odisha & Bihar)

1. Electrical / Civil – Execution & Planning

• Manager
• Deputy Manager
• Assistant Manager

2. Scada Engineer

• Engineer (with at least 2 years of relevant experience)

3. Billing & Planning

• Assistant Manager (with at least 5 years of relevant experience)
• Senior Engineer (with at least 5 years of relevant experience)

4. Lab Testing Technician

• Technician (with experience in testing of Electrical Equipment’s including BDV test, Short Circuit & Open Circuit Test for Distribution Transformer (25 kVA up to 100 kVA), Ratio Testing, Core Balance, and Vector Group test)

5. Autocad Operator/Autocad Engineer

• Operator/Engineer (with at least 3 years of relevant experience)

educational qualifications required for each position:

For Sr. Engineer & Above (Degree / Diploma in Civil / Electrical Engineering):

• Candidates must hold a Degree or Diploma in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
• Full-time programs only.
• Minimum 50% in all academic programs with no history of backlogs.

For Store (Graduation/Dip / PG Diploma in Material Management):

• Candidates must have completed Graduation, Diploma, or PG Diploma in Material Management.
• Full-time programs only.
• Minimum 50% in all academic programs with no history of backlogs.

For Autocad Operator/Autocad Engineer (Certificate / Diploma in Autocad):

• Candidates must possess a Certificate or Diploma in Autocad.
• Full-time programs only.
• Minimum 50% in all academic programs with no history of backlogs.

experience requirements for the Water and Power projects:

Water Project Experience (5 to 18 years)

• Experience in the construction of Elevated Storage Reservoir (ELSR), pump house, Tube Wells.
• Installation, testing, and commissioning of pumps and various types of water treatment plants.
• Experience in piping for Raising Mains and water distribution Mains.
• Providing functional household tap connections.
• Preference for candidates with experience in Plumbing and Electromechanical works & Solar Projects.
• Highly preferable to have experience in OHT, building & Civil construction.

Power Project Experience (5 to 15 years)

• Proven track record in the execution of 33/11 KV Substation.
• Ability to lead a team and handle execution of multiple sites in a time-bound manner.
• Achieving execution & billing targets.
• Handling contractors and clients effectively.

Note:

• Candidates must carry photocopies of their Education certificates, Experience Letters, Current Pay slips, Aadhar, and PAN.
• Verification of online bank statement during HR negotiation round is required.
• Candidates must have their own 2-wheeler & Driving License for project duties only.
• Candidates who have previously attended walk-in / interviews with VTL (Within 6 Months) & Freshers need not attend.
