Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer / GM / AGM (QS)
- Experience: 7–15 Years
- Location: Cuttack, Odisha
- Project Exposure: Road Construction / NHAI Projects
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse structural drawings and technical documents.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams.
- Manage coordination between Head Office and Site teams.
- Follow up with NHAI, Irrigation Department, and District Administration officials.
- Handle Bills, SPS, IPC, and related documentation.
- Manage client correspondence and project coordination.
- Support and guide site execution teams.
QC Engineer
- Experience: 5+ Years
- Location: Multiple Project Locations, Odisha
- Project Exposure: Highway / Road Construction Projects
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality compliance as per MoRTH and NHAI specifications.
- Conduct inspections and testing of road works, structures, materials, and workmanship.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and test documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams on quality-related matters.
- Prepare QC reports, NCRs, and corrective action reports.
- Verify drawings, specifications, and material approvals.
- Support execution teams to achieve project quality standards.
Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess the required educational qualification relevant to the position they are applying for.
Experience Required
- Relevant experience in NHAI, Highway, or Road Construction Projects is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of MoRTH specifications, quality procedures, quantity surveying, billing, and project coordination.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
