Multiple Jobs Opening For Infrastructure Projects
Corporate Office Positions:
- Project Coordinator
- Qualification: BE (Civil)/DCE
- Experience: 15+ years in planning & execution of highway projects, with expertise in contract administration, project monitoring, and coordination with stakeholders.
2. Contracts Manager
- Qualification: BE (Civil)/DCE (Civil)
- Experience: 10+ years, comprehensive handling of techno-contractual matters in infrastructure projects, particularly highway projects, including familiarity with NHAI MORTH, FIDIC, and other contracts.
3. Accounts/Audit/Finance Manager
- Qualification: CA (inter/final)
- Experience: 7+ to 20 years in the infrastructure/construction sector, well-versed in project accounting, balance sheet preparation, and MIS reports. Preference for SAP experience.
4. Design Manager
- Qualification: BE (Civil) with post-graduation in Structures/GT/Transportation Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in design and detailed engineering of highways, pavements, bridges, and structures, including coordination with clients and consultants.
5. Purchase Manager
- Qualification: BE (Mechanical)/MBA
- Experience: 10+ to 25 years in procurement, including market analysis, techno-commercial evaluation, vendor development, and life-cycle cost analysis. SAP knowledge is preferred.
6. HR Manager
- Qualification: MBA/MSW
- Experience: 10+ to 25 years in HR and ER functions, including HR policy formulation, KRA, KPLPMS, TA, salary negotiations, statutory compliance, legal matters, organization development, and succession planning.
7. GST Manager
- Qualification: CA/LLB-Taxation
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in infrastructure/construction sector taxation, including GST, IT, Custom & excise Duties, and SAP knowledge.
8. Insurance Manager
- Qualification: Postgraduate
- Experience: 15+ years in insurance department of Engineering, including insurance procurement, claims handling, and negotiations with insurance companies. SAP proficiency is preferred.
Corporate Office (Water Projects/Under JJM Scheme)
8. Water Supply Sector Manager
- Qualification: BE (Civil)/DCE
- Experience: 10+ to 30 years in reputed water infrastructure companies, handling large-scale water supply projects independently, from formulation to execution.
- Project Manager
- Qualification: B.E (Civil)/DCE
- Experience: 10+ to 20 years in planning, execution, quality control, materials reconciliation, and billing of water supply projects.
- Billing & Planning Manager
- Qualification: B.E (Civil)/DCE
- Experience: 10+ to 20 years in billing, quantity surveying, material reconciliation, and project scheduling for water supply projects.
Project Site (Highway Projects)
- Chief Project Manager/Sr. Project Manager/Project Manager
- Qualification: BE (Civil)/DCE
- Experience: 15+ to 25 years in end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, quality control, and contract administration for highway projects.
Corporate Office-SPV of PPP based Highway Projects:
- Accounts/Finance Manager
- Qualification: CA
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in construction/highway sector accounting and taxation, including SPV accounting and MIS report generation.
