Position Details

1. Deputy General Manager – Maintenance

• Number of Posts: 01
• Location: Delhi
• Eligibility: Graduate in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 20 years of experience or Diploma in Civil Engineering with 25 years of experience in controlling projects sites. Key responsibilities include monitoring planned activities, reviewing monthly inspection reports, preparing maintenance manuals, and coordinating routine maintenance activities for structures.

2. Deputy General Manager – Highways & Bridge Management System

• Number of Posts: 01
• Location: Delhi
• Eligibility: Graduate in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 20 years of experience or Diploma in Civil Engineering with 25 years of experience in road construction, operation, and maintenance, preferably on National Highways.

3. Maintenance Manager

• Number of Posts: 02
• Location: Project Sites
• Eligibility: Graduate in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 12 years of experience in road construction, operation, and maintenance, preferably on National Highways.

4. Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Number of Posts: 01
• Location: Delhi
• Eligibility: Graduate in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience. Proficiency in software like Road Estimator, AutoCAD, and Auto plotter is required.

5. Senior Pavement Engineer

• Number of Posts: 01
• Location: Delhi
• Eligibility: Graduate in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience as a pavement design expert, preferably on National Highways. A preference will be given to candidates with an M. Tech. in Civil Engineering.

6. Manager Liaison

• Number of Posts: 01
• Location: Multiple Project Sites
• Eligibility: Any Graduate with a minimum of 12 years of experience. This role involves liaison with government and semi-government departments, local administration, and local bodies.

7. Learning & Development Manager

• Number of Posts: 01
• Location: Delhi / Mumbai Project Sites
• Eligibility: MBA (HR) / MSW or equivalent qualification in Human Resources with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Rewards & Recognition, and other HR Operational matters.

8. Officer-Human Resources

• Number of Posts: 02
• Location: Project Sites
• Eligibility: Graduate (any stream) with a minimum of 05 years of experience in handling statutory compliances, IR, and HR Operations of Road projects. Preference will be given to candidates with an MBA in Human Resources/MSW degree.

9. Manager-ITS (Intelligent Transportation Systems)

• Number of Posts: 02
• Location: Project Sites
• Eligibility: Graduate in Engineering, preferably in IT/Electronics/Computer Science, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Intelligent Transportation Systems, Electronic Toll Collection Systems (FASTag), and Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS) on highways.
