NHIT is currently looking to strengthen its team by inviting qualified and experienced professionals to join for various positions in the Finance & Accounts and Operations/O&M/Toll Operations/HR departments. These positions are spread across multiple locations, including Mumbai, Delhi, Assam, Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal, and other project locations.

Finance & Accounts Positions

1. Deputy General Manager-Finance & Accounts

• Number of Posts: 02
• Location: Mumbai/Delhi
• Eligibility: CA/CMA with a minimum of 10 years of experience in reviewing consolidated accounts, financial statements, SEBI regulations, and audits.

2. Sr. Manager-Finance & Accounts

• Number of Posts: 01
• Location: Mumbai/Delhi
• Eligibility: CA/CMA with a minimum of 6 years of experience in preparing Consolidation of accounts, handling accounting for Trust, Investment Manager, and SPVs.

3. Sr Manager-Tax

• Number of Posts: 01
• Location: Mumbai/Delhi
• Eligibility: CA/CMA with a minimum of 6 years of experience in all taxation matters, including TDS, Income Tax, GST, and Professional tax.

4. Manager-Finance & Accounts

• Number of Posts: 01
• Location: Mumbai/Delhi
• Eligibility: CA/CMA with a minimum of 5 years of experience or CA Inter/M.Com with a minimum of 12 years of experience in reviewing daily accounting entries, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, TDS, GST, account reconciliation, preparation of MIS, and support in internal and statutory audits.

Operations / O&M / Toll Operations / HR Positions

1. Project Manager

• Number of Posts: 05
• Location: Assam/ Madhya Pradesh/ West Bengal
• Eligibility: Graduate with a minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience in Toll Management and Operations & Maintenance of Road projects.

2. Manager-Maintenance

• Number of Posts: 06
• Location: Assam/ Madhya Pradesh/ West Bengal
• Eligibility: Graduate in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 12 years of post-qualification experience in Construction / Operation & Maintenance of roads.

3. Toll Manager

• Number of Posts: 10
• Location: Assam/ Madhya Pradesh/West Bengal
• Eligibility: Graduate with a minimum of 10 years of experience in managing toll operations of road projects. Preference shall be given to candidates with prior experience in Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) system.

4. Manager-Liaison

• Number of Posts: 01
• Location: Assam
• Eligibility: Any Graduate with a minimum of 12 years of post-qualification experience, knowledge of all statutory requirements related to Road/ Highway construction and O&M projects, liaison with all government/ semi-government departments, local administration, local bodies, etc.

5. Learning & Development Manager

• Number of Posts: 01
• Location: Mumbai
• Eligibility: MBA (HR) / MSW or equivalent qualification in Human Resources with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Rewards & Recognition, and implementation of other Organization Development interventions.
