Key Responsibilities
- Supervise dam construction activities as per drawings and specifications.
- Monitor excavation, concreting, earthwork, rock work and grouting.
- Ensure quality, safety and timely completion.
- Monitor manpower, materials, machinery and productivity.
- Check quantities and measurements and maintain site records.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants and client representatives.
Desired Skills
- Good knowledge of dam construction and execution.
- Ability to read drawings and monitor quality and quantities.
- Strong site management and coordination skills.
- Focus on safety, quality and timely project delivery.
