1. Deputy Project Manager / Project Incharge
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech (Civil)
- Experience: 10–20 Years
- Requirement: Experience in handling high-rise building projects from design to completion
- Must have worked as project incharge
- Knowledge of aluminum formwork systems required
2. Senior Engineers / Assistant Engineers
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech (Civil / Electrical)
- Experience: 4–12 Years
- Skills: DOKA / ALSINA / PERI formwork systems
3. Senior Engineers – Planning (QS / Planning)
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Civil)
- Experience: 4–12 Years
- Skills: Primavera / MS Project
4. QA / QC Engineers & Lab Technicians
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech
- Experience: 3–5 Years
- Requirement: QA/QC knowledge in high-rise building projects
5. Stores Officers / Assistants
- Qualification: Relevant Degree
- Experience: 3–5 Years
- Requirement: Store management in construction projects
