NCC Limited Urgent Hiring May 2024

Position:

1. Dy. Manager (QS)
2. Assistant Engineer (QS)

• Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/Diploma – EEE & Civil
• Experience: 4 to 10 Years
• Job Location: Karnataka

Job Description:

• Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and reporting activities.
• Study project requirements, scope, deliverables, and activities to prepare necessary resources.
• Update progress reports (daily/weekly/monthly) and share them with the customer representative as per the contract.
• Coordinate activities of all departments to achieve planned cycle times.
• Identify gaps and take necessary actions to recover schedule, including troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with Regional & Head Office to arrange required materials & resources on time.
• Prepare resource schedules and reconcile materials, payments, invoices, and bills.
• Ensure timely preparation of invoicing on customers as per contract terms.
• Prepare work orders, amendments for subcontract works, and monthly bills of subcontractors.
• Periodic reconciliation of customer billing vs. subcontractor billing.
