has presence in the entire value chain of the renewable power and hydrogen
generation business. Commensurate with our country’s growth challenges, the

of 60 GW by 2032.

NGEL is looking for experienced professionals for Renewable Energy area for
a period of 03 years on fixed term basis as per details given below:

1. Engineer (RE-Civil)

  • Qualification: BE/B.Tech Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution.
  • Experience Requirement: Minimum 03 years’ post qualification experience in geotech / piling / foundation / structural steel / tower structures / switch yard etc. Candidates having RE experience will be preferred.
  • Upper Age Limit: 30 years

2. Engineer (RE-Electrical)

  • Qualification: BE/B.Tech Degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution.
  • Experience Requirement: Minimum 03 years’ post qualification experience in switchyard / electrical testing/ transmission system/ transformer. Candidates having RE experience will be preferred.
  • Upper Age Limit: 30 years

3. Engineer (RE-Mechanical)

  • Qualification: BE/B.Tech Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution. Preference will be given to candidates with ME/M.Tech degree.
  • Experience Requirement: Minimum 03 years’ post qualification industry experience with involvement in supervision/execution in hazardous location. Candidates having RE experience will be preferred.
  • Upper Age Limit: 30 years

4. Executive (RE-HR)

  • Qualification: Graduates with at least 2 years full-time post-graduate degree/postgraduate diploma/Post Graduate program in Management with Specialization in Human Resources/ Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management or Masters in Social Work or MHROD or MBA with specialization in HR with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution.
  • Experience Requirement: Minimum 03 years’ post qualification experience in HR functions/ Industrial Relations. Candidates with knowledge of SAP, MS office, and Data Analytics will be preferred.
  • Upper Age Limit: 30 years

5. Engineer (RE-CDM)

  • Qualification: Graduate Engineering degree in any discipline or Master’s Degree in Environment Science/Environment Engineering/Environment Management from a recognized university/Institute.
  • Experience Requirement: Minimum 5-year post qualification experience in the field of consulting in one or more of the following areas: Registration and verification under GHG reduction programs, Emission Trading, carbon neutrality, climate change and sustainability, developing decarbonization strategy for energy/power.
  • Upper Age Limit: 32 years

6. Executive (RE-Finance)

  • Qualification: Qualified CA/CMA
  • Experience Requirement: Minimum 01 Year post qualification experience (excluding articleship period) in the area of Finance/Accounts.
  • Upper Age Limit: 30 years

7. Engineer (RE-IT)

  • Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution.
  • Experience Requirement: Minimum 3 years of experience of communication and networking devices like LAN, WAN, Switches Telephone Exchange, audio/visual system, database administrator, web designing, handling of servers, PC, printer and other IT hardware.
  • Upper Age Limit: 30 years

8. Executive (RE-Corporate Communication)

  • Qualification: Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Journalism/Advertisement & Public Relations/Mass Communication with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution.
  • Experience Requirement: Minimum 03 years of experience working in a Govt/ PSU/Private company of repute in relevant area. Should have handled Corporate Communication/Public Relations, should have knowledge of advertisement/media, audio-visual publicity, manage media coverage
  • Upper Age Limit: 30 years

Remunerations for all the Posts:

  • Approximate total remuneration including fixed and variable components will be Rs 83,000.00. The remuneration mentioned above is indicative only. Actual remuneration shall depend on experience, place of posting and other Terms and Conditions of appointment.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
  1. Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
  2. All qualifications should be from Universities/Institutions recognized and approved in India.
  3. All computations of age/experience requirement/qualification shall be done w.r.t. the last date of receipt of online application as mentioned in the advertisement.
  4. Candidates claiming to belong to any particular category shall necessarily have a valid EWS/OBC/SC/ST/Disability certificate, as the case may be, from the Competent Authority. Where there is vacancy identified for such category, the upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST candidates, by 3 years for OBC candidates, by 10 years for PwBD candidates. There is a 5-year age relaxation for candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir during the period 01.01.80 to 31.12.89. Relaxation of age for Ex-Serviceman as per Govt. guidelines. Candidates working in Government organizations/PSUs are required to submit NOC at the time of the interview. For SC/ST/PwBD category, the minimum marks in qualifying degree is 50%.
  5. Selection will be made by two-stage shortlisting i.e., online written test to be held in Delhi/Noida. Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview. Management reserves the right to raise the minimum eligibility standards/criteria as per requirement.
  6. Depending on the requirement, the Company reserves the right to cancel/restrict/curtail/enlarge the number of vacancies, if need so arises, without any further notice and without assigning any reason thereof.
  7. Posting shall be at any of the Stations/Projects/JVs/Subsidiaries of NGEL. All posts are transferable at the sole discretion of the Management.
  8. While applying for the post, the applicant should ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility and other norms mentioned above, as on the specified dates and that the particulars furnished are correct in all respects. In case it is detected at any stage of recruitment that a candidate does not fulfill the eligibility norms and/or that he/she has furnished any incorrect/false information or has suppressed any material fact(s), his/her candidature will stand automatically canceled. If any of the above shortcomings is/are detected even after appointment, his/her services are liable to be terminated without any notice. Canvassing in any form shall disqualify the candidate.
  9. The mere fact that a candidate has submitted an application against the advertisement and apparently fulfilling the criteria as prescribed in the advertisement would not bestow on him/her the right to be definitely called for a written test and interview/considered further for the selection process.
  10. Any proceedings in respect of any matter of claim or dispute arising out of this advertisement and/or an application in response thereto can be instituted only in Delhi and courts/tribunals/forums at Delhi only shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction to try any such cause/dispute.
  11. In case any ambiguity/dispute arises on account of interpretation in versions other than English, the English Version will prevail.

  • Interested candidates should visit our careers section at www.ngel.in for applying. No other means/mode of application shall be accepted. Candidates are required to possess a valid email ID. NGEL will not be responsible for bouncing back of any email sent to the candidates.
  • Candidates belonging to General/EWS/OBC category are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 500/-. The SC/ST/PwBD/XSM category & female candidates need not pay the registration fee.
  • Payment in online mode: Candidates have the option to pay the fees online (through Net banking/Debit Card/Credit Card). The online payment option will be available in the online application form.
  • The fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Candidates are therefore requested to verify their eligibility criteria before paying the registration fee. After applying online, the candidate is required to download the registration slip generated by the system with a unique registration number. A copy of the registration slip may be retained by the candidate for future reference. No document is required to be sent to us by post.
