As part of this growth plan, NTPC is searching for promising, dynamic, and dedicated young Graduate Engineers with an outstanding academic record in various engineering disciplines. They will be inducted as Engineering Executive Trainees-2023 in the E1 Grade with a pay scale ranging from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 1,40,000.

NTPC Recruitment 2023 Qualification:
- Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology/AMIE.
- Minimum 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWBD candidates) according to the respective Institute/University norms.
- Applicants must have appeared for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE)-2023.
Candidates are eligible to apply for the post of Engineering Executive Trainee (EET) based on their degree in the following disciplines:

Selection Process: Candidates must have appeared for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE)-2023. Selection will be based on GATE-2023 performance.
Placement: Selected candidates will undergo one-year training at various locations, and the final place of posting will be decided after completion of training. They can be placed across the country, working in shifts, including night shifts.
