Rashmi Group, a leading name in real estate and infrastructure development, is looking to hire skilled professionals for its in-house Real Estate Projects in Kolkata. We are seeking individuals with proven expertise in high-end real estate developments to join our growing team.
Open Positions
1. Senior Architects
- Must have extensive experience in high-end real estate projects.
2. Civil Planning Engineers
- Strong background in planning and execution of high-end real estate developments.
3. Contract Billing & Order Booking Executives
- Hands-on experience in billing, order booking, and coordination for premium real estate projects.
4. MEP / HVAC (Electrical) Engineers
Proven expertise in electrical and HVAC systems for large-scale residential or commercial real estate projects.
5. Store Officer
Experience in material management and inventory control within real estate project environments.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum: 10–15 years
- Domain: Real Estate Projects
- Preference: Candidates from Kolkata-based real estate organizations
Additional Details
- Joining: Within 15–30 days preferred
- Notice Period: Candidates with longer notice periods may be considered; Rashmi Group is open to buying back the notice period if required.
