• Qualification: MHRM / MSW / MBA (HR)
• Experience: 8-10 years
• Required Skills:
  • Good knowledge of Industrial Relations (IR) and compliance
  • Strong in administration and HR functions
• Location: Maharashtra, Karnataka
• Salary: As per industry norms

2. Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Human Resource & Administration

• Qualification: MHRM / MSW / MBA (HR)
• Experience: 5-7 years
• Required Skills:
  • Attendance management
  • Leave management
  • Payroll processing
  • Vehicle management
  • Food & accommodation management
• Location: Maharashtra, Karnataka
• Salary: As per industry norms

Preferred Candidates:

• Immediate joiners
• Experience in the construction industry is mandatory
