Key Requirements
• Minimum 10 Years of Experience in Mivan Shuttering
• Experience in High-Rise Residential Building Projects
• Experience Working with Contractor Companies Preferred
• Good Communication and Leadership Skills
• Ability to Manage Site Manpower and Construction Activities
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise Mivan Shuttering and Formwork Activities
• Ensure Quality Execution as per Approved Drawings and Specifications
• Manage Labour Productivity and Daily Work Targets
• Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Teams
• Ensure Safe Working Practices at the Construction Site
• Maintain Quality Standards and Timely Completion of Work
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Strong Knowledge of Mivan Formwork Systems
• Experience in Residential Tower Construction
• Leadership and Team Management Abilities
